Relational Gestalt is interested in the whole person, in our experiences, behaviours and how our situation impacts and shapes us.
As my change management practice grew, I realised that working with people was more than tools, techniques and planning. My training as Gestalt psychotherapist improved the quality of my listening and ability to connect with my clients and their current situation.
I now use a Relational Gestalt methodology to support my work with leaders and teams when progress stalls. A Relational Gestalt approach provides lens to see how group dynamics arise in organisations and how they enliven, impact or limit our authentic selves at work.
