High Sensitive Person Coaching

Hi I’m Eva, a fellow Highly Sensitive (HSP) and a HSP coach.

I have created a dedicated coaching program to help other HSPs feel calmer, embrace their HSP gifts and live a more peaceful life.

Working with an HSP coach is like having a trusted thinking partner who will help you understand what having HSP traits means and learn to see your gifts as a strength in this increasingly complex and unpredictable world.
Let's Talk

Does this sound like you?

• You feel emotions intensely and are deeply affected by them.
• You easily become overwhelmed by stress in work or relationships.
• You may be a perfectionist or people-pleaser and often self-critical.
• You are more sensitive to crowded places, extreme temperatures, loud noises, and strong smells.
• You find changes and decision-making challenging, especially under time pressure.
• You need alone time to recharge after busy days or social events.
• You frequently feel anxious, worried, or emotionally drained without a clear reason.
• You often struggle to fall asleep because of racing thoughts.

You may be one of the 20% of our population that have highly sensitive traits.
Rest assured, there's nothing wrong with you. High sensitivity, also known as Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS), is a completely natural trait found in 15-20% of the population. Extensively researched by Dr. Elaine Aron and others, SPS is not a disorder or diagnosis, but simply a natural aspect of some people's temperament.
If you would like to more about being Highly Sensitive you can visit Dr Elaine Aaron website and do her test.

Common Challenges for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)

Because highly sensitive people (HSPs) are highly attuned to their surroundings and tend to process experiences deeply, they can easily become overwhelmed or emotionally drained. Without the awareness and tools for managing emotions, HSPs may face challenges such as:
Feeling intense emotions (both good and bad)
Feeling misunderstood / isolated / alone
Perfectionism
Anxiety and Depression
Not prioritizing ourselves or setting healthy boundaries with others
Difficulty with changes or making decisions
Stress from work or school
Shyness or Social Anxiety
Overwhelm/Over-stimulation
Dislike of small-talk or shallow relationships
Once you learn more about HSP traits then how to integrate and care for them, you’ll begin to see how these traits are your unique gifts and superpower.
There are many benefits to being highly sensitive, we can be:
• Intuitive and perceptive, often noticing subtleties that others miss
• Highly empathetic, compassionate and considerate of others’ feelings
• Conscientious and deep thinkers
• Creative in many areas of life (art, music, writing, design, problem solving, etc.)
• Deeply moved by art or nature & connected to animals

What does Coaching look like for HSPs?

Many people aren't familiar with the trait of high sensitivity until we start working together. I often begin by providing more information and resources to help clients. Learning about high sensitivity helps dispel the myths society often promotes about being sensitive. There is nothing wrong with you and you don’t need to be changed!

That said, there may be areas in your life where not knowing how to manage your sensitivity is leading to challenges such as stress, anxiety, or depression. This is common, as we are often not taught how to navigate our sensitivity in today’s busy and demanding world.

I work with each client's unique challenges and provide strategies for managing their sensitivity, preventing overstimulation from interfering with daily life. Sometimes, we may explore underlying patterns from the past that could be hindering your progress. During these moments, I create a safe and therapeutic space for healing.

In my experience, most HSPs (Highly Sensitive People) can quickly shift toward progress once they understand the patterns holding them back. This is where coaching can be especially beneficial for HSPs. They are often driven by a desire to align with their life purpose and make a meaningful impact in the world. In my coaching process, I use a variety of tools to create a personalized approach that respects your unique journey. This may involve using different tools, adjusting the pace, and recognizing when you need space, grace, or more support during moments of overwhelm. I also incorporate creative practices, such as drawing, art therapy, and mindfulness, to help expand your awareness and inspire you to dream big.

This work is very personal to me and I work very hard to provide a safe space for clients to embrace the HSP gifts, at times lean into difficult spaces and encourage them to see their true selves, not the masks they have applied as a way of surviving in the world

If this sounds like an approach for you I would encourage you to take the first step and book an introduction free 20 min discuss
