For much of my life, I often felt overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life and struggled to feel at ease in groups. Discovering that I am highly sensitive was both a relief and a deep awakening—it felt like finally coming home to a part of myself I had long neglected.
I’ve learned to embrace this sensitivity as a gift, and it has inspired me to create a program to help other Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) feel calmer, honour their unique strengths, and live with more peace and ease.
As an HSP Therapist and Coach, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, understanding, and practical tools. Together, we can explore your sensitivity, uncover your strengths, and help you move through the world with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion

Rest assured, there's nothing wrong with you. High sensitivity, also known as Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS), is a completely natural trait found in 15-20% of the population. Extensively researched by Dr. Elaine Aron and others, SPS is not a disorder or diagnosis, but simply a natural aspect of some people's temperament.
If you would like to more about being Highly Sensitive you can visit Dr Elaine Aaron website and do her test.

There are many benefits to being highly sensitive, we can be:
Intuitive and perceptive, often noticing subtleties that others miss
Highly empathetic, compassionate and considerate of others’ feelings
Conscientious and deep thinkers
Creative in many areas of life (art, music, writing, design, problem solving, etc.)
Deeply moved by art or nature & connected to animals

Many people haven’t heard about high sensitivity until we start working together. I usually begin by sharing information and resources to help you understand what it really means to be highly sensitive. Learning about this trait can be incredibly relieving—it helps clear up a lot of the myths society has about sensitivity. There is nothing wrong with you, and you don’t need to be “fixed.”
That said, if you haven’t been taught how to work with your sensitivity, it can sometimes lead to challenges like stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed or low. This is very common. We live in a fast-paced, demanding world, and most of us were never shown how to navigate life as a sensitive person.
I work with you around your specific experiences and challenges, offering practical ways to manage your sensitivity so it doesn’t run your life. Sometimes we’ll gently explore patterns from the past that may still be affecting you today. When this happens, I make sure the space feels safe, supportive, and at your pace.
This work can mean looking honestly at what’s been holding you back, but in my experience, many HSPs (Highly Sensitive People) begin to feel lighter and move forward fairly quickly once they gain clarity and understanding. Awareness really can open the door to new possibilities and new chapters.
This process can be especially meaningful for HSPs, who often feel a strong pull toward living with purpose and making a difference in the world. I take a personalised approach, using a range of tools and adjusting the pace depending on what you need in the moment. That might mean slowing down, creating more space, or offering extra support when things feel overwhelming. I also bring in creative practices like drawing, art therapy, and mindfulness to help deepen awareness and reconnect you with your inner world.
This work matters deeply to me. I put a lot of care into creating a space where you can safely explore your sensitivity, lean into difficult moments when needed, and start to see yourself more clearly—beyond the masks you may have learned to wear just to get by.
