I am a proud Greek Australian and grew up in Melbourne within a vivid and remarkable family who instilled in me a strong sense of purpose and responsibility. My Greek heritage helped me see the value of family, tradition and human connection. For me growing up I was always curious and noticed the moods and emotions of the people around me, how people got along with each other or not and the subtleties of the energies around me. This understanding of myself has led me to identify as having highly sensitive traits and led me to a lifelong path of learning about organisational dynamics and the field of psychology.
During my time working in organisations, I came to see organisational life as a rich and sometimes tangled web of interconnections between people embedded in the way they work together (culture). I noticed how people worked together could enliven or diminish the culture, spirit or feeling of a workplace. I have had the privilege to be part of some of the most amazing organisational transformations which enabled some people to thrive and for some found themselves stuck in work they did not love or just didn’t want to do any more.
This interest has led me to helping people facing significant change in their lives and to help them transcend their current situation. I focus my work on helping people, teams and organisations understand the challenges of change and how to go into their transition with integrity, awareness and courage.
As a psychotherapist, I work with my clients to understand their lifelong patterns and make sense of their journey so far. As a coach, I help my clients focus on their future well-being, find meaningful goals then dream big for their futures.
I have a special passion for working with people who identify as Highly Sensitive People (HSP) to understand their unique gifts and align with their true purpose in life.
